Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, supporting property transactions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting suitable residential and commercial properties, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, managing inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, landlords, and developers, staying informed about market trends, and achieving assigned sales and performance targets. The Property Consultant will collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure a professional, client-centric experience at all stages of the real estate journey.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Sales and Real Estate skills, with experience in property transactions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai considered an advantage.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess solid Consulting skills, including the ability to assess client requirements and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Candidates should possess good negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills to support successful deals and partnerships.
  • Relevant real estate certifications or licenses within the UAE are beneficial, along with familiarity with local property regulations and market trends.
  • A valid UAE driving license, proficiency in English (and Arabic or other languages as a plus), and the ability to work independently and meet targets are preferred.
