Role Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and property viewings
• Handle the complete sales process from prospecting to closing
• Provide expert guidance and exceptional service to clients
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new launches, and developer offerings
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and build long-term relationships
• Negotiate effectively and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience is REQUIRED
• Experience in Off-Plan or Secondary Market sales is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and sales mindset
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
• Good knowledge of the UAE/Dubai real estate market, laws, and regulations
• Multilingual fluency is a strong advantage – French, German, Turkish, Spanish, Dutch, Romanian, Russian, Mandarin, etc.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car is a plus
