Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with buying and selling properties, with a strong focus on Dubai off-plan developments.
- Provide expert market insights and investment guidance.
- Stay updated on the latest property launches, prices, availability, and developer offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client and developer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of real estate sales experience, preferably in the Dubai off-plan market.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
