Property Consultant

Job Description:

Aurantius Real Estate is looking for driven and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a performance-based role ideal for individuals who are ambitious, client-focused, and ready to build a successful career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage property leads (off-plan and/or secondary market)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and close property sales and rental deals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
