Role Overview

As an Off-Plan Property Consultant, you will:

Focus primarily on off-plan property sales with top developers

Assist clients in making informed investment decisions and finding their ideal property

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure

Attend developer briefings, launches, and off-plan roadshows

Gain exposure to ready properties, leasing, and commercial projects for long-term career growth

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading developers

Conduct professional client consultations and investment presentations

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Track leads and consistently achieve monthly sales targets

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and upcoming launches

Participate in exclusive launches, roadshows, and developer briefings

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 months (off-plan experience preferred)

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi off-plan market is a plus

UAE driver's license preferred
