Role Overview:

As a Primary Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Direct selling of off-plan and primary projects

Building your own network and driving your own deal flow

Advising clients on trends, prices, and investment plays

Managing leads, running viewings, and closing like a professional

Consistently hitting monthly sales targets

Meeting monthly sales targets and contributing to team goals

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate (Primary Sales experience is preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• UAE driving license preferred
