A DIFC-based group is hiring experienced Real Estate Agents in Dubai to work the high-value segment. This is an execution-heavy brokerage role with additional exposure to select structured transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take qualified leads from first call to meeting, offer, and closing
- Run negotiations, coordinate stakeholders, and control the deal process end-to-end
- Build and maintain a pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Attend relevant networking settings to develop long-term client relationships
- Assist on certain structured financial tool opportunities when relevant (details shared in process)
Candidate Profile
- Active experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai with a closing track record
- Strong English communication and negotiation ability (other languages are a plus)
- Comfortable with outbound calling and consistent follow-up
- Organized with clean documentation, CRM discipline, and reliable execution
