Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based at Kazan Plaza. The Property Consultant will be responsible for identifying client real estate needs, providing tailored property solutions, and building long-term client relationships. They will conduct market analysis, handle property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets are key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and market analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and build relationships
Customer service and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction
Proficiency in presenting and promoting property listings both in-person and online
Experience in the real estate industry or knowledge of property management is a plus
