Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, including conducting property viewings, preparing listings, and managing negotiations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, maintaining a pipeline of clients, and providing accurate market insights and property valuations. The role also involves preparing and reviewing real estate contracts, coordinating with legal and financing partners, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Real Estate Agent will deliver a high level of customer service, maintain detailed records in the company's CRM systems, and represent the Coldwell Banker brand in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Property regulations and local market practices.
- Proven experience in Real Estate sales, including prospecting, listing, and closing transactions.
- Customer Service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and support client needs.
- Sales skills, including negotiation, presentation, and objection handling to drive successful deals.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, online listing platforms, and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Previous experience in the Egyptian real estate market or a similar market is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
