Job Summary
The Property Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This role involves understanding client needs, providing expert advice, conducting property viewings, and ensuring smooth transactions. The consultant must stay updated on market trends and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's)
- Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Property Listings: Maintain and update property listings with accurate information.
- Market Research: Stay informed about real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct property visits with potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiation & Closure: Assist in negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
- Documentation Support: Guide clients through legal and financial documentation processes.
- Post-Sale Service: Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of real estate, banking or any client facing sales experience in the UAE or your home country
- Fluency in English (primary language)
- Proficiency in any other foreign language is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
