Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Property Consultant role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site client meetings and some work out of office flexibility. The Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of properties, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the full sales or leasing process, from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, advising clients on market trends and pricing, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role involves building long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a high standard of customer service at every stage of the transaction. The Property Consultant will also stay updated on local regulations, new developments, and competitive offerings to provide informed and compliant advice.
Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and long-term relationship building.
  • Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate market, preferably in Dubai or the wider UAE, including property types, communities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously.
  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, as well as proficiency in standard office software.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are preferred for property viewings and client meetings.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property brokerage, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage but not mandatory with relevant experience.
