Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Property Advisor. The position involves advising clients on property transactions, assisting with buying, selling, or renting properties, and conducting property market analysis. The Property Advisor will also be responsible for building client relationships, identifying property needs, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property investment strategies
• Sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proficient in market analysis, research, and property valuation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property listings and client management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
