We are currently looking for a Property Consultants to join our Sales & Off Plan Team.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Property Consultant at Excel Properties, your key responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating between buyers and sellers.
• Providing expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Preparing and presenting property proposals to secure deals.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.
• Evaluating investor objectives and budgets to identify suitable property investments.
• Offering recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments.
• Negotiating prices with property agents on behalf of clients.
• Maintaining a comprehensive database of real estate projects in Dubai.
