Responsibilities
Manage real estate development and sales activities, working closely with clients to identify property solutions that meet their needs and budget.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Update and maintain client and property databases, ensuring all records are accurate and current.
Oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and documentation of all sales-related activities.
Schedule and coordinate meetings efficiently with internal teams and clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate property consultant
A strong understanding of the local market to help clients meet their needs within their financial capabilities and propose suitable real estate solutions.
Consistently achieve agreed-upon sales targets and deadlines.
Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, particularly within the residential sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience in resale and rental unit (preferred)
