Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, NY, for a Property Consultant at Golden Square Developments. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in the purchase, sale, or rental of properties, providing market insights, and identifying business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate practices
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales ability with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of local property market trends and regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and effectively understand their needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience in real estate sales or consulting is a plus
