Role Description The Property Consultant role at RED is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves advising clients on suitable residential and commercial properties, conducting property tours, and providing data-backed insights to support decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a client portfolio, understanding client needs and budgets, presenting appropriate property options, and following up throughout the transaction cycle. The Property Consultant will coordinate with developers, update and maintain accurate property listings, and stay current on market trends in areas such as New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, and surrounding regions. The role also requires preparing basic pricing proposals, supporting negotiation processes, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to analyze market data and provide informed property advice.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing transactions ethically and efficiently.
• Experience in the local Egyptian real estate market, particularly in areas such as New Cairo, New Capital, and Sheikh Zayed, is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and online listing platforms to manage client and property information is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are essential.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; good command of English is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
