Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property presentations.
• Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong client portfolio.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and investors.
• Keep up to date with market trends, regulations, and community developments.
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records through CRM systems and company platforms.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 6 Months UAE Real Estate Experience (Mandatory)

✔ Valid RERA Certification (Mandatory)

✔ Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

✔ Strong knowledge of Dubai Secondary Sales & Leasing Market

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)

✔ Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert leads into transactions

✔ Professional appearance and client-facing attitude

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

✔ Additional languages are a strong advantage
