Job Description

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the entire home-buying journey.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and convert marketing-generated leads
  • Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable units
  • Negotiate within approved limits and close sales
  • Update CRM and coordinate with finance/legal teams for bookings and documentation
  • Stay updated on competitors and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of real estate direct sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • CRM & MS Office knowledge
  • Valid driver's license; willing to work weekends
