The Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the entire home-buying journey.
Responsibilities
- Handle and convert marketing-generated leads
- Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable units
- Negotiate within approved limits and close sales
- Update CRM and coordinate with finance/legal teams for bookings and documentation
- Stay updated on competitors and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of real estate direct sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- CRM & MS Office knowledge
- Valid driver's license; willing to work weekends
