Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing premium properties in Abu Dhabi.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and consultations to meet client needs effectively.
- Analyze market trends and provide clients with expert advice on property valuations, investment opportunities, and Golden Visa eligibility.
- Collaborate with developers and brokers to access exclusive property listings and negotiate favorable deals.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE property laws.
- Utilize innovative marketing strategies to promote company listings and attract potential buyers or renters.
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE real estate license.
- Proven experience in real estate, preferably in Abu Dhabi's metropolitan areas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of UAE property laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation.
