Move In Dubai (est. 2009) is expanding and recruiting 6 experienced real estate agents who want a professional, positive, long-term environment — not another high-churn brokerage.

You'll be a great fit if you:-

Have Dubai real estate experience

Are motivated, consistent, and sales-driven

Are tired of negativity, office politics, and unclear expectations

Want structure, support, and realistic earning potential

The Role

You'll work across both resale and off-plan, with a strong focus on higher-value properties and villas (same sales process — just higher commissions).

Monthly expectations (clear & achievable):

1 resale transaction

1 off-plan transaction

These targets are realistic, transparent, and designed to support long-term success, not pressure.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years Dubai real estate agency experience (sales)

Strong work ethic — effort, follow-up, and consistency matter

Fluent English essential Second language highly valued

UAE driving licence and own car

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

This is not an easy role — but it is a fair one. If you put in the work, follow the process, and stay consistent, you will do very well here!
