Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Property Consultant at Nawy. The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients in their property search journey by understanding their needs, providing insights into property options, and ensuring a smooth buying, selling, or renting process. Key tasks include conducting property tours, advising clients on investment opportunities, and maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market and trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals
• Knowledge of the real estate market and understanding of property laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
