Oaklyn Realty is a fast-growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specializing in Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties. As we continue to expand, we're looking for ambitious, client-focused, and results-driven Property Consultants to join our growing sales team.

Whether you're an experienced real estate professional or an ambitious sales professional looking to transition into Dubai real estate, we'll provide the training, support, and platform to help you build a successful career.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Off-Plan properties from Dubai's leading developers as well as Secondary Market properties.
• Handle and convert company-generated leads while building your own client network.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations.
• Advise buyers and investors on market trends, pricing, ROI, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Generate and manage property listings for sales and rentals.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Stay up to date with Dubai's property market, communities, and new project launches.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in Off-Plan, Secondary Market, Leasing, or Rentals OR
• Freshers with a proven sales background in luxury retail, automotive sales, banking, insurance, hospitality, telecommunications, or other target-driven customer-facing industries who are looking to transition into Dubai real estate.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
• Fluency in English; multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are advantageous but not mandatory.
• RERA certification is an advantage but not required.
