Property Consultant-Off Plan-Salary Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company residential & commercial plots.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate, updated information.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance off plan projects exposure and lead generation.
• Stay up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• +2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (required).
• Valid UAE driving license (required).
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Required Languages: Urdu/Hindi, French, Russian & Arabic.
• Proven footprint in achieving sales targets and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
