Property Consultant | Palm Jumeirah

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and leasing of residential properties on Palm Jumeirah.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, property portals, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally.
• Advise clients on property prices, market trends, rental yields, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, listings, and client interactions.
• Stay updated on Palm Jumeirah properties, market trends, and new developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in UAE/Dubai real estate.
• Knowledge of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai's luxury property market is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills.
• UAE driving license and own car are preferred.
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Hindi, or Mandarin are an advantage.
