Role Description

The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The consultant will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing expert real estate advice, and guiding clients through property transactions. Key responsibilities include conducting property viewings, creating and nurturing client relationships, generating leads, negotiating deals, and keeping up with market trends to provide insightful recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Sales skills to identify client needs and close property transactions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide tailored support and build positive client relationships
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Real Estate operations and trends
• Proficiency in managing client interactions and negotiation
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Prior experience in luxury real estate or a related field is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred
• Salary + Commission upto 40%
