Role Description
We are seeking motivated and experienced Property Consultant's to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice based on client needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Prepare and present offers, agreements, and documentation
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competition
• Achieve monthly sales/leasing targets and contribute to overall team goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or property consulting
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of local property laws and market trends
• Own car and valid driving license (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, goal-driven, and customer-focused personality
