Property Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant (Real estate) based in Abu Dhabi. The Property Consultant will manage client relationships, provide real estate consulting services, assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, and deliver top-notch customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, advising clients on property investments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with knowledge of property markets and trends
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
• Experience in the UAE real estate market is highly beneficial
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic is a plus
• A valid UAE driving license and knowledge of Abu Dhabi are advantageous
