Job Description


This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Consultant Sales Agent. The role involves engaging with potential clients to promote and sell real estate properties, providing excellent customer service, and building strong professional relationships. Responsibilities include understanding and addressing client needs, conducting market research, preparing and presenting property options, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Agent will also collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and building relationships.
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Proven expertise in Sales techniques, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of Insurance processes or related fields is a plus for addressing client needs.
  • Experience in Training or mentoring junior colleagues is an asset.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
  • Dynamic, motivated, and self-driven individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
