Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Agent will be responsible for building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and renting processes. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to close deals effectively
• Knowledge of financial aspects of real estate transactions
• Willingness to undergo ongoing Training for professional development
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Valid Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification
