Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert property advice, managing client interactions, and guiding them in buying, selling, or renting properties. The role involves building strong customer relationships, conducting property viewings, engaging in negotiations, and closing transactions. Additionally, consultants will stay up-to-date on the Dubai real estate market to provide informed recommendations and insights.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to provide expert property advice and market insights
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven Sales skills, including negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
• Proficiency in the Dubai real estate market and understanding of local regulations
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• At least 6 months prior experience in real estate or sales-related roles is a strong advantage
