Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, providing market information, pricing guidance, and investment recommendations. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth completion of transactions. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers, managing a portfolio of listings, and staying up to date on local real estate trends, regulations, and project launches. The Property Consultant will also handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and use CRM tools and other systems to document activities and meet sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with practical knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present information confidently.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Relevant experience in real estate or property consulting in the UAE is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance goals.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
