Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic team in New Cairo. This on-site role involves assisting clients in identifying and securing their ideal properties, providing expert advice on market trends, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored property recommendations based on client needs and preferences. The role also includes preparing and managing property documentation and staying informed about the real estate market.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Consulting and Real Estate, with a strong understanding of market trends and property valuation
• Outstanding Communication skills, including interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• High-level Customer Service skills, with commitment to understanding and addressing client needs
• Experience in Sales and the ability to close deals efficiently
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer programs
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business,or related field preferred
• Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is advantageous
