Key Responsibilities

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Advising clients on buying, selling, leasing, and investing in Dubai real estate

Conducting property viewings, developer presentations, and off-plan briefings

Managing and updating listings across CRM platforms and major portals

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Handling negotiations and closing deals professionally

Staying up to date on market trends, communities, and project launches

Ensuring compliance with RERA, Trakheesi, and company policies

Working toward and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements

Mandatory (RERA & Company Guidelines):

Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)

Minimum 1 year of Dubai Real Estate experience

Ability to join immediately or with short notice

Experience in off-plan or secondary market

Strong sales personality, confidence, and negotiation skills

Preferred:

Valid UAE driving license + own car

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma

RERA Certification (or willingness to obtain it)

Experience with CRM systems & listing portals
