Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1 year to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in residential or investment property sales is preferred; familiarity with the New Cairo market is a plus.
