Property Consultant

Real Estate Masters is hiring motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai sales team. The successful candidates will international clients with purchasing and investing in Dubai properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with property investors.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and social media.
• Understand clients investment requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Present off-plan and ready properties to potential buyers.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients throughout the property-purchase process.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai projects, developers, prices, and market trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, events, stands, and international roadshows.

Requirements

• Good command of English is required.
• Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, social media, and digital communication platforms.
