Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will engage in advising and assisting clients in their real estate needs, whether purchasing, selling, or leasing properties. Responsibilities include identifying client requirements, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong communication with clients and developers. Candidates will represent the company at meetings and events while fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate to effectively guide clients through the property acquisition or sales process
• Highly Presentable
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Sales, including negotiation and closing deals, preferably within the real estate sector
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the real estate market in Cairo or other relevant locations is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
