Meras Real Estate is currently seeking a
Property Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in real estate or a related field to join our growing team in
Heliopolis.

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent Meras Real Estate's portfolio of properties with a strong understanding of market trends and client needs.
- Generate leads and build lasting relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and client management.
- Conduct property tours, meetings, and presentations to potential buyers and investors.
- Prepare professional proposals, reports, and presentations for management and clients.
- Stay up to date with market dynamics, competitor offerings, and project developments.
- Ensure exceptional service quality and maintain client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or banking.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of managing client relationships professionally.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is a strong advantage.
Work Conditions:
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Days Off: Friday and Saturday
- Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
