Property Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in Sheikh Zayed City. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in property searches, providing consultations, making sales presentations, conducting property viewings, and supporting negotiations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a positive client experience through effective communication and customer service while staying updated on market trends and property listings.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge, with experience in the local property market
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish trust and build relationships with clients
• Sales expertise, including negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to real estate is an advantage
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is desirable
