This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on buying, selling, and renting properties while building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, managing transactions, and staying updated on market trends. Excellent customer service and communication will be critical to success in this role.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to advise clients on property investments.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
• Sales experience with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
