SAVAX is expanding its Dubai real estate team.

We're looking for a confident, ambitious and commercially driven Property Consultant who wants to build more than just a sales career — someone who wants to develop their network, personal brand and long-term presence in Dubai real estate.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Building and managing your own client portfolio
• Advising buyers and investors on Dubai property opportunities
• Generating new business through networking, referrals and prospecting
• Conducting client meetings, presentations and property viewings
• Attending developer launches, events and property showcases
• Negotiating and closing property transactions
• Building long-term client and developer relationships

Personal Brand & Social Media

In Dubai real estate, your personal brand matters.

You should be comfortable appearing in property videos, attending launches and gradually building your professional presence across social media.

You don't need previous content-creation experience — we'll guide and support you with this.

What We're Looking For

• Sales, business development or real estate experience
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Confident, professional and client-focused personality
• Proactive and target-driven mindset
• Comfortable presenting and appearing on camera
• UAE driving licence preferred
• Dubai real estate experience/RERA certification is an advantage
