We are hiring a Property Consultant for the Secondary Market & Off-plan segment in an on-site, full-time role based in Dubai. The role involves conducting consultations with clients to understand their property needs, providing expert advice on real estate opportunities, and assisting with buying, selling, and leasing properties. The Property Consultant will ensure a seamless customer experience by offering top-notch customer service, maintaining effective communication, and building long-term client relationships. Additional duties include staying updated on market trends and collaborating with team members to meet business objectives.

• Consulting skills with the ability to provide expert real estate advice
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction
• Proven Sales experience and negotiation capabilities in a target-driven environment
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including understanding of both secondary and off-plan markets
• Ability to network and build long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and legal regulations is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is beneficial
