Position: Property Consultant – Spanish Speaker

Location: Dubai, UAE – On-site

Role Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications and property viewings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Spanish-speaking clients
• Handle the complete sales process from initial inquiry to closing
• Provide professional property advice based on clients requirements
• Present Off-Plan and Secondary Market opportunities
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, new launches, and developer projects
• Conduct consistent follow-ups and convert leads into successful transactions
• Negotiate effectively and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaker – REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience – REQUIRED
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE real estate market
• UAE Driving License and own car is an advantage
