Role Description
We are looking for a Property Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi (full-time).
The ideal candidate is not just a salesperson but a strategic advisor someone who can guide clients toward the right investment opportunities and build long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Consulting with clients and understanding their investment goals
- Conducting property presentations, viewings, and negotiations
- Managing real estate transactions from inquiry to closing
- Marketing and listing properties effectively
- Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the buying or leasing process

Qualifications
- Coachable and able to adapt to and respect the company culture
- Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting preferred
- Strong understanding of investment strategies and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong sales drive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to change
- Multilingual ability is an advantage
- Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Professional certification or broker license is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
