As a Property Consultant at Taskeen, you will play a key role in driving revenue by offering tailored real estate solutions to clients. You will leverage your market knowledge and consultative sales approach to manage high-value transactions and build a strong client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients on buying, selling, and investing in real estate
- Develop and manage a portfolio of qualified clients
- Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities
- Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive referrals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and client focus
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in real estate or sales
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and real estate platforms
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Relevant educational background is a plus
