Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate
- Candidates from Türkiye, Russia, CIS countries, Eastern Europe, and nearby markets preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including off-plan and secondary market
- Existing network of clients and/or proven ability to generate leads
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and confident personality
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Good knowledge of Dubai's key communities and property developments
