Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. The role involves maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Additional daily tasks include preparing and presenting detailed reports on property market trends and managing property listings.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Real Estate skills
• Strong Sales, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent understanding of the property market in Dubai and the UAE
• Proficiency with property management software and digital tools
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• RERA certification is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
