Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers, ensuring a successful transaction.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in the waterfront communities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales acumen and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Driving License and car
• RERA Certification
