We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities. Daily tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and maintaining effective communication with clients to meet their needs. You will monitor the real estate market and stay updated on trends to provide clients with insightful recommendations, ensuring their satisfaction and success in all transactions.

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate practices with a thorough knowledge of the UAE property market
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proven Sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to prepare accurate and legally compliant property-related documents and contracts
• Proficiency in negotiation, and conflict resolution is an asset
• Fluency in English; fluency in additional languages such as Arabic is a plus
• Valid UAE driver's license is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
