Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The person in this role will guide clients through the entire property transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing, including property viewings, market analysis, and negotiation support. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, and preparing accurate documentation. The Property Consultant will build and manage a client portfolio, follow up on leads, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure a professional, client-focused experience at every stage. This role also involves meeting sales targets, attending industry events when needed, and representing Y THE BROKERS in line with its service and ethics standards.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation skills.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a positive client experience.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, preferably with experience in residential or commercial property in Cairo or similar markets.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools for managing client data and follow-up activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial.
