Property Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai's real estate market, particularly in off-plan sales, and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales of Zimaya's premium property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell Zimaya's off-plan and ready properties to potential buyers.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and digital platforms.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and investors.
• Understand clients needs and provide strategic property investment advice.
• Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries and leads.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming project launches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and contracts related to sales transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales in Dubai, preferably in off-plan projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market, RERA regulations, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Multilingual candidates (Chinese speakers) are highly preferred.
